The Indonesian Journal of Feminist Legal Studies (IJFLS) is pleased to invite qualified academics, researchers, and legal professionals to apply for editorial positions. Editorial Responsibilities
Editors are expected to:

Manage the editorial process from manuscript submission to publication.

Conduct initial assessments of submitted manuscripts to ensure alignment with the journal's focus and scope.

Assign manuscripts to appropriate peer reviewers and oversee the double-blind peer-review process.

Evaluate reviewers' recommendations and make editorial decisions in accordance with the journal's editorial policies.

Ensure compliance with publication ethics, research integrity, and international publishing standards.

Contribute to the strategic development, visibility, and academic quality of the journal.

Promote the journal within academic and professional communities.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

Hold a Master's degree or higher (Doctoral degree preferred) in Law or a closely related discipline.

Have a strong academic background and expertise relevant to the journal's scope.

Demonstrate a record of scholarly publications in reputable national or international journals.

Possess excellent written communication skills in English.

Be familiar with the scholarly publishing process, peer review, and publication ethics.

Have experience with journal editorial management systems (e.g., Open Journal Systems/OJS) is an advantage.

Be willing to dedicate sufficient time to editorial responsibilities and collaborate with the editorial team.
