About the Journal

The Indonesian Journal of Feminist Legal Studies (ISSN: XXXX-XXXX) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by JUSTISIA GLOBAL EDUKASI in online format every two times per year (January & July). The journal is focusing on feminist perspectives, gender justice, and legal transformation within Indonesian society and broader Global South contexts. The journal aims to critically examine how law, legal institutions, religion, culture, and public policy shape gender relations and affect women and marginalized communities in Indonesia. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary and critical legal scholarship that engages feminist jurisprudence, sociolegal approaches, intersectionality, and human rights perspectives in addressing contemporary gender issues in Indonesia.

The journal seeks to strengthen critical and inclusive legal scholarship rooted in Indonesian experiences while meeting international academic quality and publication ethics standards recognized by global standard.
